How are the All on 4 implants placed?

The four implants are incorporated into the mouth as follows: two straight implants in the anterior region and two angled implants in the posterior region supporting a full-arch provisional fixed prosthesis with immediate loading.

The All-on-4 clinical solution has been developed with the aim of maximizing the use of available bone and enabling “immediate function” in many cases. This solution that uses just four implants in a jawbone lacking all teeth uses a slight angle to take advantage of the existence of higher quality and quantity of bone, so it can provide a better, more secure anchorage for the prosthesis even if there is minimum bone volume.
